"Claims paid out" - a sales point, right?

Many insurers cite the % claims paid out as a key selling point. There is little to no comment on policy holder experiences too get to that point. REDTAIL has worked for years with insurers big and small to understand the challenges and create solutions to better that experience.

I do remember my first accident. My sister’s car and our gate post. Never forgiven. But I also recall my woeful attempts at drawing the incident for her insurer.
